Educational Service Only

SkillCandle is an educational replay and training platform. It does not execute trades, hold customer funds, provide brokerage services, or deliver investment advice or guaranteed outcomes.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and devices.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account details up to date.
• You may not share paid access in a way that circumvents plan or account restrictions.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals

• Paid plans are billed through Razorpay as a recurring subscription, monthly or yearly.
• Prices are shown and charged in Indian Rupees, US Dollars or Singapore Dollars. The currency you are charged in is the one shown on the pricing page when you subscribe.
• Subscription access is provisioned for digital use only; no physical goods are shipped.
• Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled before the next billing cycle. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the period already paid for.
• Plan benefits, limits, and pricing are shown in-product and may change for future billing periods.
• Market replay is unlimited on every plan, including the free one. Paid plans add Play session volume, review depth, and Algo Studio credits.

Algo Studio Credits and Generated Code

• Algo Studio generations consume credits from your monthly plan allowance. A generation costs 100 credits.
• Credits refresh at the start of each month and do not carry over. They have no cash value and are not refundable once spent.
• A retry after a failed validation check is not charged again.
• Generated Pine Script is validated for compilation before you see it. Compilation is not a statement that a strategy is profitable, correct for your intent, or safe to trade.
• TradingView is a third party. Running a generated script there is subject to their terms, and SkillCandle does not execute, host, or monitor it.
• You are responsible for reviewing any generated code before using it, and for any decision taken on its output.

Paper Trading and Simulated Balances

Replay Workshop sessions include order entry against a simulated paper balance. No real order is placed, no real money is held or transferred, and simulated results exclude real-world costs such as slippage, funding, and partial fills. Nothing in a paper account represents an actual position or an actual profit or loss.

Acceptable Use

• You may not use SkillCandle for unlawful activity, abuse, scraping, credential attacks, or platform disruption.
• You may not reverse-engineer or misuse the service in a way that harms infrastructure or other users.
• We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, or repeated policy violations.

Performance and Results Disclaimer

Historical market replay, drills, analytics, rankings, and AI coaching are training tools only. They do not predict live performance or profitability. You remain solely responsible for any live trading decisions made outside SkillCandle.

Third-Party Services

• Authentication, storage, and session data rely on Supabase.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. SkillCandle does not receive or store your card details.
• Google Sign-In may be used for authentication only.
• AI responses and generated Pine Script are produced by external model providers configured by SkillCandle.
• Market data used for replay and drills is sourced from third-party providers and is provided for training use.

Termination and Access Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the platform, including drills, challenge modes, or plan limits, when required for product quality, legal compliance, or operational stability.
