These terms govern use of SkillCandle, including account access, subscriptions, payments, and the educational nature of the service.
Educational Service Only
SkillCandle is an educational replay and training platform. It does not execute trades, hold customer funds, provide brokerage services, or deliver investment advice or guaranteed outcomes.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and devices.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account details up to date.
- You may not share paid access in a way that circumvents plan or account restrictions.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals
- Paid access may be billed through a supported payment processor when subscriptions are available.
- Subscription access is provisioned for digital use only; no physical goods are shipped.
- Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled before the next billing cycle.
- Plan benefits, limits, and pricing are shown in-product and may change for future billing periods.
Acceptable Use
- You may not use SkillCandle for unlawful activity, abuse, scraping, credential attacks, or platform disruption.
- You may not reverse-engineer or misuse the service in a way that harms infrastructure or other users.
- We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, or repeated policy violations.
Performance and Results Disclaimer
Historical market replay, drills, analytics, rankings, and AI coaching are training tools only. They do not predict live performance or profitability. You remain solely responsible for any live trading decisions made outside SkillCandle.
Third-Party Services
- Authentication, storage, and session data may rely on Supabase.
- Payments may be processed by a supported payment provider when paid access is available.
- Google Sign-In may be used for authentication only.
- AI responses may be generated by external model providers configured by SkillCandle.
Termination and Access Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the platform, including drills, challenge modes, or plan limits, when required for product quality, legal compliance, or operational stability.
