Third-Party Services

• Supabase is used for authentication, database storage, and application state.
• A supported payment provider may be used to process subscription payments and verification when paid access is available.
• Google Sign-In is optional and is used only for account authentication.
• xAI Grok may be used to power AI coaching and chart review responses.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Session Data

SkillCandle uses browser storage and session cookies for authentication, recent coach chat continuity, UI state, and performance optimizations. These are used to operate the product and are not sold as marketing data.

Data Retention

Practice history, rankings, badges, journal reviews, and support records may be retained for as long as your account remains active or as needed for fraud prevention, legal compliance, and internal service quality analysis.

Your Controls

• You can update profile and account details within the product.
• You can cancel subscription renewals before the next billing cycle.
• You can contact support for account-related privacy requests.
