If you want to delete your SkillCandle account or request removal of associated data, use the process below.
How to Request Deletion
Send a request to support@skillcandle.com from the email address associated with your account. Use a clear subject such as Account Deletion Request.
What to Include
- Your SkillCandle account email address
- Your username, if available
- Whether you want only account closure or deletion of associated support and training data where feasible
Deletion Scope
We will review the request and remove or anonymize account-linked data where operationally and legally feasible. Some records may be retained for fraud prevention, billing reconciliation, or legal compliance.
