SkillCandle is a digital product. This page explains how access is delivered after a successful payment.
Digital Access Only
SkillCandle delivers digital platform access only. There are no physical products, shipment tracking numbers, or offline goods.
Access Provisioning
- Paid plans are usually activated automatically after successful payment verification.
- If access is not updated immediately, allow a short processing window and then contact support if the issue persists.
- Billing status and plan entitlements are visible in the Billing section of the product.
Failure Handling
If a payment is successful but the correct plan is not provisioned, contact support@skillcandle.com with the payment reference and account email so the case can be reviewed.
