SkillCandle is a digital subscription product. This policy explains cancellations, renewals, and refund handling.

Subscription Nature

SkillCandle provides digital training access. There are no physical products, shipping charges, or offline goods associated with a subscription.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel renewal before the next billing cycle starts.
  • Cancellation stops the next recurring charge and access remains available until the current billing period ends.
  • If a plan is downgraded, the change may apply at the next renewal date unless otherwise stated in-product.

Refund Eligibility

  • Duplicate or accidental duplicate charges may be reviewed for refund.
  • Verified billing errors may be reviewed for refund.
  • If paid access is not provisioned due to a confirmed system fault, the case may be reviewed for refund or service restoration.
  • Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method through the applicable payment rail.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Partial use of a subscription period after access has been delivered.
  • Dissatisfaction based on trading outcomes, market conditions, or performance expectations.
  • Test, sandbox, or non-live payment transactions.

Refund Request Window

If you believe a payment qualifies for review, contact support as soon as possible with your email address, payment date, plan, and transaction reference so the case can be investigated.
